When using the MARUNOUCHI the GUIDE Screen Saver, please first read and agree to the "User Agreement", "Operating Environment" and "Instructions for Use" before installing.

User Agreement

This User Agreement is a contract between users of the MARUNOUCHI the GUIDE Screen Saver (hereafter the “Licensed Software”) and Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. establishing the rights and conditions of use of the Licensed Software.At the time the user has downloaded the Licensed Software, this User Agreement takes effect based on the following licensing conditions:

Article 1: License of Use

1. Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. grants to users who have downloaded the Licensed Software non-exclusive rights to use that software according to the conditions established in this User Agreement. Neither the granting of rights to use the Licensed Software, nor copyrights associated with the Licensed Software, nor other intellectual property rights cannot be transferred to the user.

Article 2: License of Use Content

1. The displays, program data and related document files, etc. necessary to the operation of the Licensed Software may be automatically changed or updated without prior notice.
2. No guarantee is made whatsoever concerning the compatibility of the Licensed Software, or displays thereof, with other software.
3. The Licensed Software (or portions thereof) may be unusable in the user’s operating environment.
4. No use license of use limitation is set within the Licensed Software. However, due to its own circumstances, Mitsubishi Estate Co. Ltd. may cease the use or provision of a portion or all functions of the Licensed Software. Thank you for your prior understanding.

Article 3: Cautions When Using the Licensed Software

1. We have taken the utmost care in creating the software; however, please download and install the Licensed Software at your own discretion and liability.
2. When downloading the Licensed Software onto computers used by corporations, please do so in accordance with any existing guidelines provided by your corporation’s administrator regarding software downloads.
3. When using the Licensed Software on computers which use dial-up environments such as modems, etc., the computer may automatically attempt a dial-up connection at such times as information updates or link file executions, etc.
4. After installation of the Licensed Software, or when activating the computer after installation, system files or related document files (hereafter “System Files”) which activate the Licensed Software will automatically write into system folders.
5. Any computer or Internet connection costs, etc. necessary to use the Licensed Software are to be assumed by the user.
6. Please understand beforehand that we are unable to answer questions regarding the use of the Licensed Software.

Article 4: Copyrights, etc.

1. All copyrights and other intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, copyrights, design rights, patents, model utility rights, trademarks and know-how) pertaining to the Licensed Software or displays of the Licensed Software are the property of Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. or applicable copyright holders.

Article 5: Prohibitions

1. The Licensed Software and all visual data, etc. used therein shall not be altered, copied, republished or redistributed without the prior written authorization of Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. Additionally, any use of the Licensed Software for profit is expressly prohibited.
2. The user shall not revise, change, alter, reverse engineer, reverse compile, reverse assemble or similarly act upon the Licensed Software.

Article 6: Disclaimers

1. itsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. assumes no responsibility to correct the Licensed Software, regardless of any defect thereof.
2. Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. and other information providers assume no liability whatsoever for any loss, trouble (including, but not limited to, loss of business profit, cessation of business, damages due to loss of business information) occurring due to use of, or inability to use, the Licensed Software.
3. Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. makes no guarantee whatsoever concerning the accuracy or adequacy of the information displayed in the Licensed Software. Additionally, Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. assumes no liability whatsoever relating to loss or trouble experienced by the user due to the information displayed in the Licensed Software.
4. Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. assumes no liability whatsoever relating to loss or trouble experienced by the user due to changes or updates to the information displayed in the Licensed Software.

Article 7: Cessation of Use

1. Mitsubishi Estate Co. Ltd. may cease the use or provision of a portion or all functions of the Licensed Software due to its own circumstances. Further, Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. assumes no liability for any loss experienced by the user due to any such cessation of use.
2. In the event that the user violates even one of the items stipulated by this User Agreement, Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. reserves the right to demand cessation of use of the Licensed Software by that user.

Article 8: Changes to this User Agreement

1. Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. can change this User Agreement if it so desires. In such an event, it shall notify users by posting the content of changes on the Marunouchi.com website, after which said changes will apply.

Instructions for Use

1. Please click the download button and download the zip file.
2. Please double click the downloaded zip file and open it.
3. Double click and execute the opened installer file.
4. An installation screen will appear; click "Install."

* An Internet connection is necessary to display the Licensed Software.
* When new content is added to the Licensed Software, it will be automatically updated.
