Recently, the world art scene has seen many works that delve into issues such as historical awareness, identity, ethnicity, and gender. However, when I visited art colleges in Japan, I found that there were not many works of this kind, and that there were many works that were not based on theory or blueprints, which could be called bricolage, but instead were made by piecing things together based on one's own imagination. I look forward to encountering more attempts to not only have dialogue with myself, but also come into contact with and understand the world that shapes me.

Resent world's art scene seems to have a tendency that matters matters like historical recognition, identity, ethnicity, and gender. by following their instinct, and they will not draw blueprints or employing theory-based practice. Hoping to see the various attempt that not only talk to themselves but rather try to understand the world through mingling with it.

This year, more than ever, there were many works that gave a sense of scale, making me realize the potential of displaying them in public spaces. At times of social unrest, the history of art has also undergone major changes. These are difficult times, so I hope that everyone will demonstrate their full potential under limited conditions.

It seems there is a potential for an exhibition in the public space due to the entries for this year consist of large-scale artworks. Hopefully, the artists will deal with constraints at their best, and the art has been made a significant change during the turbulent times.

I think there were a lot of particularly interesting works this year. The reason is not something that can be easily analyzed and cannot be generalized. However, the ``things to come'' that each individual artist senses is worth paying close attention to. Because therein lies the future of individuals and art. It is the starting point of art in the 2020s.

It is hard to single out the reason why the majority of the art pieces submitted for this year are particularly appealing. except it is worth paying attention to each artist's careful observation of "whatever had come" because that indicates a future relationship between the individual and the art, and this should be the initiation for the art of the 2020s.

This time, the final remaining Artist belong to a variety of Category and are dynamic and free-flowing. The styles and creative languages are diverse, and I think they are expanding the possibilities of artistic expression.

Those artists who remained on the winners' list this year belong to a variety of genre, dynamic and relaxed. Each one of them has his creative language, style, and seemingly expanding the possibility of the art expression.

Although the submitted works were judged during the emergency period of the coronavirus pandemic, it is precisely in times like these that it seems to be of great significance to continue this project that supports the young generation. It was interesting to see a work in which private ideas and conceptual thinking coexisted.

It was an unconventional reviewing under the COVID-19 pandemic, yet to continue assisting this project, which supports young artists in this challenging time thought to be urgent. Although, it was interesting to see art pieces like private ideas and conceptual thoughts cohabiting.

When judging the submitted works, I had no idea that the situation would turn out like this. How can we view these works in a situation where the social situation and our consciousness are at risk due to the new coronavirus, forcing major changes? The work, our eyes, and our attitudes are being tested. The exhibition will be an opportunity to verify this.

Any one of us could foresee the situation will come to this degree of seriousness during the review. Our eyes, behavior, and art pieces have put to the test. Society and consciousness have endangered by the COVID-19 disease and how those artworks perceived during the cataclysm. This exhibition will provide an opportunity to investigate those matters.

I would like to think that everyone (including the judges) has a responsibility to demonstrate that art cannot be understood through a portfolio. I believe that miracles chain together all over the street.

There is a responsibility to all of us (including the review board) that the artists selected by the portfolio examination should show that the art never could understand through a portfolio. A cascade of miracle happens all over the street.
