French Cuisine

    Marunouchi Bldg. 35F

    Sens & Saveurs

We are bringing the Cuisine world of the Pourcel brothers, pioneers of Michelin-starred modern cuisine in the south of France, to Tokyo. The restaurant's name, Sens et Saveurs, means "pursuit of the five senses" in French. The essence of "Pourcel cuisine" is the surprising flavors created by the exquisite combination of ingredients and seasonings, and the lightness that makes use of the acidity, sweetness, and aroma of vegetables and fruits. Please enjoy the view overlooking Tokyo and Cuisine to your heart's content with all five senses.
