The main store is a long-established blowfish restaurant founded in 1909 in Usuki City, Oita Prefecture. Since opening our store in Nishi-Azabu in 2006, we have steadily gained trust step by step, and we chose the 35th floor of Marunouchi Bldg. Building to be able to deliver the taste of authentic Usuki blowfish to as many people as possible. Please take your time and enjoy Cuisine featuring blowfish, which bring out the best in the ingredients of blowfish.
