This thick roll is made with Shintama beef, certified by Ibaraki Prefecture. It is a hearty dish that also includes ingredients such as tamagoyaki (Japanese omelette) made with eggs from Kumamoto and seasonal organic vegetables. It comes with three types of sauce: seaweed sauce, Caesar sauce, and tomato sauce, so you can enjoy it with a variety of different flavors. (Seasonal vegetables may change depending on the availability of stock.)
