ICONIC STAGE is an environmentally friendly food brand born from the SustainuS Project, an urban 6th industry complex, which aims to realize local production and consumption in the city. The sweets and Cuisine are made with edible flowers, leafy vegetables, and herbs grown in the head office building. Produced by leading Cuisine chef Yuka Macaron, the brand has devised original menus that take advantage of the deliciousness of freshly picked ingredients and the safety of pesticide-free produce.
