An image interpretation of autopoiesis, a re-enchantment of painting.

Judge's review
Murayama, who interprets autopoiesis in terms of images, is interested in the effect that images that self-generate in paintings have on the viewer. What we see in front of us is a fragment of a system, but it contains both indeterminism and a premonition of order. (Yuko Hasegawa)
