CHOCOLATIER PALET D’OR This is a specialty of the

Palais d'Or," which is also the name of our store, means "golden disc" in French, and is decorated with fine gold leaf from Kanazawa. The chocolatier Shunsuke Saegusa handles the selection and roasting of cacao beans to create these completely original homemade chocolates.
