Bitter Milk: Blended mainly with high-quality cacao beans from Trinidad and Tobago, carefully selected from among the many cacao beans handled by CHOCOLATIER PALET D’OR. The result is a rich, smooth, melt-in-your-mouth cup dessert.
Milky White: Made with aromatic homemade white Chocolate made from cacao beans selected, roasted, and pressed in-house. The creamy texture and the aroma of cacao that spreads behind the gentle sweetness of milk are used to create the flavor.
Otters: A creamy ganache base made with "Junmai Daiginjo Otters: Polishing 20% to 33%" sake from Yamaguchi Prefecture, for a smoother texture.
