In order to cultivate the ground for new art originating from Japan, Organizer GEISAI a total of 15 times in Japan and 3 times overseas. We provide many young Artist with a place to debut. Takashi Murakami's own activities cover all creative fields, and in 2008 he started producing movies, manga, and TV programs at the organization Kaikai Kiki.
The winners of this year's Grand Prix and Takashi Murakami Jury Award will be eligible to participate in the next GEISAI.

Examination process
First screening
We researched graduation works from major art universities and selected works for the first round of judging.
A screening committee on March 28th will select the works that pass the first round and decide on the works to be exhibited (approximately 50 artists).
Final screening
April 29th (Wednesday/Holiday)
