The 10th round of the “ART AWARD TOKYO MARUNOUCHI” (hereafter “aatm”), an exhibition of contemporary art that aims to discover and nurture new talent, will be held in 2016. The upcoming exhibition will occupy two venues, MARUCUBE, on the first floor of Marunouchi Building, and a galleria on the third floor of the building, and will feature 20 brilliant pieces selected from among the graduation projects of students at major art universities and graduate schools around Japan. Of these, 10 outstanding will be chosen to receive the Grand Prize, Judge's Prize and eight other awards. Looking ahead, Marunouchi will remain a trendsetting center for culture and art, a place where people can have inspiring encounters with art and where artists are given opportunities to develop their potential.
