Assorted Summer Sweets (6 pieces)

Price: 3,456 yen (tax included)

Store name: KOMU

A refreshing, melt-in-your-mouth water yokan; chilled red bean paste wrapped in agar jelly that lets you savor the delicious flavor of red beans; and warabi mochi with a natural sweetness made from real bracken starch.
This assortment contains two of each of three types of refreshing summer sweets.

●Contents: 6 pieces [Mizuyokan, Chilled Azuki Beans, Warabi Mochi - 2 of each]

・Mizu-yokan (water jelly): Made with "Shumari azuki beans," which are highly regarded as the finest quality azuki beans from Hokkaido. This special mizu-yokan is made with Shumari azuki beans, which allow you to enjoy the rich flavor of azuki beans, and high-quality groundwater from the Suzuka Mountains.

• Chilled Red Beans: Made with "Erimo red beans" from Tokachi, Hokkaido, known for their fragrant aroma and fluffy texture when cooked. The beans are cooked to perfection to enhance their texture and flavor, then gently solidified with agar. Enjoy the delicious flavor of the beans as they are absorbed into the agar.

・Warabi Mochi: Made with domestically produced warabi starch and Okinawan "Honwakato" sugar. The delicate flavor of the warabi starch is preserved, resulting in a soft aroma and sweetness. Pour the accompanying coarse red bean sauce, made with Hokkaido-grown Erimo adzuki beans, and the fragrant kinako powder over the chilled warabi mochi and enjoy.

KOMU KOMU

KOMU is an archaic word that means elaborate or packed tightly. Dorayaki, Monaka, and Yokan are made with carefully selected ingredients and painstaking effort. A red bean paste shop in Kyoto with over 70 years of experience has poured its heart and soul into traditional Japanese Sweets.
