The most important idea of art; that is the first impact or impression, and its continuity. Something as eccentric as the distortion of space and time is necessary in your passion. Ask yourself once again if your art piece has that passion. It is not the small details of your hands nor the calculation within your piece, rather, now is the time to face the narrow line of failure.

이번에는 다이나믹한 어프로치를 하는 사람과 내성적인 혹은 아카데믹한 어프로치를 하는 사람의 양쪽이 입상했다고 생각합니다. 격차가 있는 그 표현이 어딘가에서 연결되어 있는 것이 보이면 재미있다고 생각합니다. 자신의 현실의 세계를 잡는 아티스트 들의 진지한 시점에 주목하고 있습니다.
This year, there were young artists who took both dynamic approaches towards their art as well as artists who took introspective/academic approaches. It was very interesting to see those art pieces intersect in ways that I wou of the realistic world caught my attention.
다카하시 아키야 Akiya Takahashi

예년에 비해 다소 열기의 저하를 느꼈지만, 여전히 젊은 작가들이 항상 새로운 표현을 모색하고 있는 것으로 재인식되었다. AATM의 인지도가 더 오르고, 여기를 단계로 활약해주는 사람들이 더 나오길 바란다고 진심으로 바란다.
Compared to last year, I felt as though there was not as much hype and passion, but at the same time I also felt the never changing passion from the young artists through their search for new elements and expressions within their art pieces. I sincerel AATM becomes more recognized throughout Japan and more artists use this wonderful opportunity as a step for their future.

가장 젊은 세대의, 지금이라고 하는 시대에 대한 감수성을 접할 수 있는 것이, 이 콘페의 심사의 즐거움인데, 이번은 기존의 문맥과는 다른 독특한 발상의 작품이 많이 보인 것은 큰 수확 이었다.
What is so interesting with AATM is how I can interact and feel first hand how the younger generations feel about the world today and feel their sensitivity and perspective from their art pieces. This year, many artists went beyond the existing structure of the world and express unique ideas within their creative mind.

다양성이 존중되는 한편, 목표로 할 방향이 보이기 어려운 것이 현재라는 시대다. 여기에 모이는 작품은 특히 표현의 최첨단에 위치하고 있어 어떻게 선택해야 하는지 언제나 엄청나게 살고 있다. 망양 바다를 젓는 듯한 기분이지만, 그런 가운데도 지금의 위치를 아는 표가 되는 작품이 있어, 그것을 만날 수 있는 것이 심사의 기쁨이다.
Versatility and diversity is highly respected in art, but in our generation today, it is difficult to find the “right” way to see things. The art pieces that are gathered in this exhibition are those that are cutting-edge with their expres is always hard to choose which art pieces to show in AATM. It feels as if I am in a boundless expanse of water, but when I come across art pieces that strike me, it is times like this this that reminds me of the in screening the art pieces.
