「アートアワードトーキョー 丸の内 2017」（以下、a.a.t.m.）は、行幸地下ギャラリー、 新丸ビル３F アトリウム、 新東京ビル１F エントランス、 新有楽町ビル１F 中央ゾーンを会場に、若手アーティストの発掘・育成を目的とした現代美術の展覧会として開催いたします。全国の主要な美術大学・芸術大学・大学院17校の卒業終了制作展を訪問し、2,500点以上の中から発掘したノミネート作品114点より、さらに厳選した20作品の卒業制作を展示。最終日の９月２４日（日）に、審査員による最終審査を実施し、グランプリや審査員賞など全11賞を決定します。丸の内は今後も、文化・芸術の発信地としてアートとの出会いの場を創り出し、若いアーティスト達の可能性を広げていきます。次世代を担うアーティスト達の清々しく斬新な感性が一堂に会する丸の内で、ぜひお楽しみください。

“ART AWARD TOKYO MARUNOUCHI” (hereafter“ a.a.t.m.”), an exhibition of contemporary art that aims to discover and nurture new talent, will be held in 2017. The upcoming exhibition will occupy four venues, Gyoko Chika Gallery, Shin-Marunouchi Bldg. 3rd Floor Atrium, Shin-Tokyo Bldg. 1st Floor Entrance, Shin-Yurakucho Bldg. 1st Floor Central zone, and will feature 20 brilliant pieces selected from among the graduation projects of students at 17 major art universities and graduate schools around Japan. More than 2500 artworks were showcased in the graduation projects around Japn, and 114 of them were nominated, and 20 of the art pieces were specialy chosen to be exhibited in a.a.t.m. Of the 20 nominated pieces, 10 outstanding pieces will be chosen to receive the Grand Prize, Judge’s Prize and nine other awards on the final day of the exhibition (Sunday, September 24th). Looking ahead, Marunouchi will remain a trendsetting center for culture and art, a place where people can have inspiring encounters with art and where artists are given opportunities to develop their potential.
