<How to enter>

●第1弾発売 11月15日(土)・16日(日)

• A waiting line will form at 8:00am at the special Venue on the 3rd floor corridor Marunouchi Bldg..
• The numbered ticket specifies the order of admission. Please note that you cannot choose your admission Time Zone.
• If there is not enough space to accommodate everyone in the waiting area, numbered tickets will be distributed in order. (Each numbered ticket is valid for one person and is valid only once.)
• Staff will guide you when the waiting line begins to form. No line will be formed for distributing numbered tickets or waiting until the line begins to be guided. Please refrain from forming your own line. Depending on the situation, we may force you to disperse or ask you to refrain from purchasing merchandise or entering the venue.
• Please note that depending on the number of ticket holders attending, people without numbered tickets may also be guided through the venue.

●About numbered tickets

• Depending on the level of congestion, admission may be restricted or numbered tickets may be distributed.
• The numbered ticket specifies the order of admission. Please note that you cannot choose your admission Time Zone.
• Please scan the QR code on the issued numbered ticket to check the status of your numbered ticket.
  When you are called, please come to the POP UP SHOP on the 3rd floor corridor Marunouchi Bldg..
  (You can also set up calls via email or LINE)
• Please note that after the call, the order of your visit may change depending on the order in which you arrive.
• If you are unable to arrive immediately after being called, you will be allowed in if you arrive during business hours on the day.
• The ticket does not guarantee the purchase of merchandise. Please note that merchandise may be sold out.
• One numbered ticket will allow entry for only one person.
• As a general rule, accompanying persons are not allowed to enter the venue. If you are a guardian accompanying a small child, a guardian accompanying a preschool child, or an accompanying person with a physical disability, please inform the staff on-site on the day.
• In either case, the number of accompanying persons is limited to Solo. Also, please note that only one transaction is allowed and only Solo.
• Please note that if you lose your numbered ticket, it will become invalid (it will not be reissued).
• Numbered tickets will not be distributed to preschool children. Please enter the venue accompanied by a parent or guardian who has a numbered ticket.

• Please note that if you do not follow the instructions of the staff, the distribution of numbered tickets may be suspended.
• Even Time Zone numbered tickets have already been distributed, if the customers who received them have not returned, we may guide free customers into the venue.

• After guiding customers with numbered tickets through the venue, we plan to allow free admission (entry without a numbered ticket) each day. Please note that free admission may not be available depending on the level of congestion.
• Sales methods and ticket distribution methods are subject to change.
• Numbered tickets cannot be transferred under any circumstances. Resale of tickets through private sales or auction sites is strictly prohibited.
• If Shops or facility is forced to close or change Opening Hours due to unavoidable circumstances such as a natural disaster, the spread of an epidemic, or an unforeseen accident, the relevant numbered ticket will become invalid (no replacement tickets will be issued for other Date). In such cases, we will not compensate for any expenses related to attendance (transportation costs, accommodation costs, etc.) for any reason.

●About the goods

• There may be quantity restrictions depending on the product.
• One person will be charged one bill per admission. We cannot split bills.
• As the number of products is limited, they may sell out. We cannot respond to inquiries regarding stock. Thank you for your understanding.
• Product releases may be postponed or canceled.
• The color and shape of the actual product may differ slightly from the product image.
• Purchase limits may be changed or sales may be suspended without notice, regardless of whether it is before or during the event.
• Please note that we cannot answer inquiries regarding stock (such as current stock numbers or expected arrival dates) at our stores or through any other channels.
• We are unable to accept pre-orders or offer later delivery for sold-out items.
• Please refrain from purchasing for the purpose of resale.
• When receiving your items or change, please be sure to confirm with the sales staff that there are no mistakes in the quantity or amount. We cannot assist you once you have left the register.
• Once payment has been made, the order quantity cannot be changed or cancelled.
• We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products other than defective products after purchase. We also cannot handle damage or loss.
• Regarding exchanges due to initial defects, product differences that may occur due to manufacturing specifications, such as scratches that are unavoidable during the manufacturing process, slight irregularities in the printed areas, and minute protrusions that occur due to the assembly method, cannot be exchanged as initial defects.
• If you are exchanging a defective product, we will check the receipt and the actual product. If you have lost your receipt, we will not be able to exchange the product.
• Defective products can only be exchanged at Venue where they were purchased on the day.
• The official Shops accepts the following payment methods: Cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners, Discover, UnionPay (one-time payment only)

  *It may not be possible to use the facility on the day due to unavoidable circumstances.
• There is a charge for plastic bags. You can also bring your own eco-bag or reusable bag to take your purchases home. *Plastic bags cannot be sold separately.
• Eco bags and my bags can only be used after purchasing products. Please place items before paying in the designated shopping cart provided at Shops.
• If staff confirms that the same person has made multiple purchases, they will be denied subsequent purchases.
• We do not allow you to temporarily reserve or hold more products than the number of items available for purchase.
• If you are holding or reserving more items than the purchase limit, a staff member will contact you. If you do not agree to return the items, you will be refused entry to Shops.
• We will not reserve any items for sale for customers who enter later.
• You may have to wait in line for a long time before you can purchase your products.

• Shops opens at 11:00.
• Depending on the level of congestion, admission may be restricted or numbered tickets may be distributed without prior notice.
• Please ask the staff at Venue whether numbered tickets will be distributed or not.
• Depending on how busy the store is, you may have to wait to enter.

● Others

• We ask for your cooperation in following the instructions of our staff on the day. If you do not comply, you may be asked to refrain from using the facility.
