KOIWAI FARM TOKYO, which serves Makiba Cuisine, will be launching a pop-up cafe called Koiwai Farm Milk Stand for a limited Period from Sat 2025 to Sat, January 31, 2026!
This special cafe offers a casual experience of the deliciousness of ingredients unique to Koiwai Farm, including sweets and drinks made with fresh milk.

01. Koiwai Milk Ice Cream
Only raw milk from Kamimaru Barn, the birthplace of dairy farming at Koiwai Farm, is used.
Please enjoy the delicious "Custard Vanilla" with its rich egg flavor, the "Farm-Grown Milk" with the soft serve flavor that is popular at Koiwai Farm Makibaen, the "Farm-Grown Apple" made with farm apples, and the "Yogurt Style" with its refreshing acidity.
      02. Cream puffs
These cream puffs are made with plenty of Koiwai ingredients, including pasteurized milk exclusive to Koiwai Farm and butter produced by Koiwai Dairy Co., Ltd.
      03. Koiwai Farm Grown Drinking Yogurt
This rich-tasting drinking yogurt is made using only milk ingredients sourced from Koiwai, and can only be made at Koiwai Farm.
We use only raw milk from Kamimaru Barn, the birthplace of dairy farming at Koiwai Farm (85% raw milk usage).
The rich flavor, created by the milky texture of sweetened concentrated buttermilk and the richness of the cream, can be enjoyed by children and adults alike as a dessert.
