・During the above Period, the facility will be open from 9:00 to 22:00 (hourly rental) from Tue 2024 to the end of February 2025.
*24-hour operation will be suspended, and general vehicles will not be allowed outside of the above hours (excluding regular vehicles).
Period construction work on the premises, parking spaces will be reduced, so you may have to wait to enter the parking lot (excluding regular vehicles).
Please consider using Parking Lots in other buildings as well.
・Parts of the roadway have been closed, and some areas have become two-way, so please check the signs inside the facility and take care when entering and exiting the facility and when driving within the facility.

- From Chiba/Ichikawa direction
- Take Route 7 Komatsugawa Line Hakozaki JCT towards Ikebukuro and exit at Kandabashi.
- From Chofu/Hachioji area
- Take Route 4 Shinjuku Line Miyakezaka JCT towards Mukojima and exit at Kandabashi.
- From Yokohama/Machida area
- Take Route 3 Shibuya Line Tanimachi JCT towards Shinjuku and exit at Kasumigaseki Exit

We would like to Notice about the use of our Parking Lots preferential Service.
Starting April 1, 2025, Parking Lots preferential Service Contents will be changed.
Due to changes in Service,
Marunouchi Point App members with Gold rank or higher will receive extended free Parking Lots time. Marunouchi Point App members with Normal rank and MARUNOUCHI CARD members are not eligible for Parking Lots preferential Service. Thank you for your understanding.

After change
- ・ Marunouchi Point App members can enjoy free Fees for a certain period of time depending on their membership rank.
- Diamond rank: 24 hours
- Platinum rank: 9 hours

- Silver rank: 1 hour
- Bronze rank: 1 hour
- Normal rank: Not applicable
- *The preferential Service can only be applied once per visit.
- ・ Service not available to MARUNOUCHI CARD members
The one-hour free Service for Mitsubishi Estate Group Card (including the integrated MARUNOUCHI CARD) members will continue without change, but cannot be used in conjunction with Marunouchi Point App membership Service.

- 1. Insert your parking ticket into the parking Fees payment machine.
- 2. If you have a discount ticket, please enter it.
- 3. Please load Marunouchi Point App, MARUNOUCHI CARD or MITSUBISHI ESTATE GROUP CARD.
- 4. If there is any remaining amount, please pay it by cash, credit card, prepaid card, etc.
*Depending on the building, payment by credit card may not be supported. For details, please contact Parking Lots staff at each building.
*Some models have different usage methods depending on the building. Please follow the instructions on the local equipment.
- ・Cannot be used at Marunouchi MY PLAZA Parking Lots on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. (We offer a "first hour free" Service on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.)
- ・On weekdays, this Service cannot be used in conjunction with "1 hour free when using a discount ticket issued by a member store" at Marunouchi MY PLAZA Parking Lots.
