Marunouchi Radio Exercise is a regular event in Marunouchi Area. The 18th event will be held on Tue May 27th!

Time: 12:35~ Warm-up exercises / 12:40~ Radio exercises
Before doing the radio exercises, try out some 5-minute warm-up exercises led by an instructor!
The actual radio calisthenics performance also includes the customary one-point lesson from a first-class instructor from the National Radio Calisthenics Federation.
You can get one stamp for each participation, and if you get five or more stamps, you will receive one of the following special gifts: (1), (2), or (3)!
