Make your lunch break in Marunouchi a little more special. Along with the familiar radio calisthenics, you can also enjoy warm-up exercises led by Tipness instructors.
This is our annual autumn health program that will refresh your mind and body.
Refresh yourself in Marunouchi during lunchtime in autumn! Let's use this time to energize yourself for the afternoon!
Marunouchi Radio Exercise is a regular event in Marunouchi Area.
The 19th event will be held from Tue, October 7th.
Dates: October 7th Tue, 9th Thu, 14th Tue, 21st Tue, 23rd Thu, 28th Tue, 30th Thu
In case of rain: October 7th Tue- October 28th Tue Cancelled in case of rain
In case of rain, the event will be held indoors on Thu, October 30th only (Venue: Tokyo Bldg. TOKIA 1F Galleria)
Time: Warm-up exercises from 12:35 each day / Radio exercises from 12:40
Before the radio calisthenics, a warm-up exercise was conducted by a Tipness instructor.
On Tuesdays, you can try "exercises to relieve shoulder stiffness and back pain," and on Thursdays, you can try "posture and balance checks."
A special guest will also be appearing on the final day, Thu, October 30th!

Nippon Gymnastics Team athletes are coming to Marunouchi!
With the All Japan Championships coming up next month, three gymnasts from the Japan Gymnastics Team, Kaya Kazuma, Hashimoto Daiki, and Ushioku Koba, will be appearing on Marunouchi-Nakadori Ave.!
On the final day of the Marunouchi Radio Exercise, Thu athletes will also be joining in!
Let's get moving together under the beautiful autumn sky!
