"HAKKO MARUNOUCHI" will be held again in 2025, focusing on the theme of "fermentation," a Japanese food culture that promotes wellness of mind and body, and offering opportunities to learn about the joys and ingenuity of incorporating fermentation into your daily diet.
Soy sauce, miso, mirin, and sake: it is no exaggeration to say that fermented foods underpin Japan's food culture.

A physical therapist from Well Body Co., Ltd. will be present to give practical lectures to area workers and visitors on stretches to relieve shoulder and back pain caused by everyday life and desk work, and to promote good health.

Aiming to be number one in Marunouchi! We're holding a "Corporate Ball Tossing Tournament" for Marunouchi Point App "Machi Workers"! Why not join in with your colleagues and have a fun and healthy time?
After the fierce competition, a social gathering will be held in Terrace Seats area of "THE FRONT ROOM" to allow participants to deepen their interactions with each other across the companies. This will also serve as an awards ceremony.
