A "Corporate Freestyle Rap Battle" will be held as Events of the diversity Events "E&J Fest," which will be held at Maru Cube on Fri October 17th and Sat October 18th. In these days when divisions based on age, gender, cultural differences, and other factors are being talked about, this event is based on the concept of "Now is the time for dialogue," and aims to create an opportunity for dialogue through the medium of rap, promoting understanding and respect for diverse values.
Feel free to express your daily thoughts about your workplace, work style, lifestyle, etc. through rap!
In addition to corporate competitions (competitors in the same industry, etc.), we are also planning matches between people of different generations, positions, ages and genders. Self-nomination and nomination by others are welcome. We welcome participation from those with rap experience within the company, as well as those without experience who would like to practice and take on the challenge in the fall. Of course, support for the contestants is also welcome on the day! Please come along and participate!
