"OPEN CITY MARUNOUCHI (OCM)" is a walking tour event in the Otemachi, Marunouchi, and Yurakucho district (Otemachi-Yurakucho area), one of Japan's leading business districts, where you can experience the city's hidden charms by visiting facilities and spaces that are normally off-limits. It's a two-week Events where you can walk, see, photograph, and experience the city. Come experience its new charms.

* Deadlines vary depending on the program, and applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, with some programs being selected by lottery.
There is no waiting list, but you can reapply if a spot becomes available.

01. Guided Tour Program
We will be holding a "Guided Program" (Thu, October 30th -Sat November 1st) where you can learn about the town's depths through expert guides.
*Participation fee: 1,000 yen (tax included)

02. Free tour program and digital stamp rally
This year, we will be holding a "Free Tour Program" again, allowing visitors to freely tour facilities open to the public (Fri October 24th -Sun November 9th).
Additionally, a new "Digital Stamp Rally" will be held (Fri, October 24th to Sun November 9th) that can be easily participated in on a smartphone. Collect stamps while visiting 11 locations in the Otemachi, Marunouchi, and Yurakucho district and you'll have the chance to win coffee tickets, original tote bags, and even tickets to Mitsubishi Ichigokan Museum, Tokyo.

03. Instagram Photo Campaign
The "OCM Photo Campaign" will be held at the same time. Take a photo of your favorite scenery, building, or town charm in the Otemachi-Yuraku district and post it with the designated hashtag to be entered into a lottery to win 1,500 Marunouchi Point.

04. Collaboration with OMY SDGs ACT5
