Notice of "SUSTABLE2025 VOL.3" where you can learn about sustainable food in a "delicious and fun" way
SUSTABLE is a program that aims to teach people about sustainable food, which is food that is produced with care to ensure that our daily meals and diets continue to be sustainable, in a delicious and fun way.
Producers who "make" food, chefs who "use" it, and consumers (= listeners) who "eat" it will come together to learn about the social issues behind sustainable food, taste it, and think about the future of food through their five senses.
[Vol.3 Theme] What will the dining table be like in 2050? Envisioning the future of Japanese food
With food sustainability in doubt due to factors such as climate change, loss of biodiversity, and the decline of primary industries, what will Japanese dining tables look like in 2050? By focusing on unused fish, deep-sea fish, and seaweed, we will redefine the scope of food resources and consider a sustainable food future that is uniquely Japanese.
