The "Yurakucho Station East Exit Plaza Social Experiment" Executive Committee (constituent organizations: Otemachi, Marunouchi, Yurakucho District Urban Development Council (hereinafter referred to as Otemachi-Yurakucho Urban Development Council) / Yurakucho Station Area Urban Development Council / Nippon Broadcasting System, Inc.) will be holding a book-themed "Yurakucho Book Walk" over two days, Sunday, November 9th and Sun, Mon 10th, 2025, as a social experiment utilizing the Yurakucho Station East Exit Plaza and the road space in front of Tokyo Transportation Center, utilizing the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's "Urban Walkability Promotion Project."
