The second product in our lineup is "Hoshitsubu Corn," a variety that combines intense sweetness with the rich flavor and aroma inherent in corn. This sweet corn has the excellent characteristic of its kernels not wilting easily even after harvesting. The corn is harvested early in the morning by producers in the Kanto region and delivered directly to our stores via refrigerated shipping.
To preserve the fresh flavor of the ingredients as soon as they arrive, our "Gelatiere" (gelato makers) handcraft and finish the gelato in-store.
