[Important] Pre-orders for Cosme Decorte Christmas coffrets and how to make a reservation

Reservations will begin on Thu, October 2nd, but Club Décolleté Gold and Diamond members are strongly encouraged to participate in the manufacturer's official Club Décolleté Gold and Diamond advance reservations starting at 10:00 on Thu, September 18th.

You can be sure to pick it up at the designated store!
If you choose "Pick up at the store", you can earn points at the store, which is a great deal!
We strongly encourage Club Décolleté Diamond and Gold members to apply for advance lottery reservations at Club Décolleté (lottery results will be announced on the evening of Tue September 30th).
Even if you miss the advance reservation for Club Décolleté Diamond and Gold, you can still make a regular reservation.
Please note that successful applicants will not be able to make reservations for Thu, October 2nd.
Customers who missed out on the Diamond and Gold advance reservations, or regular members, can make reservations starting Thu October 2nd.

We do not accept reservations over the phone at Shin-Marunouchi Bldg. store. Reservations are accepted in person from the time the store opens.
*Even if you visit the store, we may not be able to accommodate your reservation if we are at capacity.
