• A talk on natural yeast and fermentation by Professor Yoko Kimura of the Faculty of Agriculture, Shizuoka University.
- Ms. Tachibana from Izu no Hana LLC will explain and demonstrate how to arrange flowers in vibrant, vitamin-rich colors perfect for the spring season.
