From the placket to the collar, the face of the polo shirt, Descente's unique Terraced Pattern is employed. The collar design incorporates a golden spiral based on the "golden ratio," which has been considered the most aesthetically pleasing ratio by humans since ancient times. This pattern ensures that when the top button is unbuttoned, the collar opens beautifully and maintains a lovely curve.
By slightly shifting the fabric seam at the shoulder forward and extending the seam allowance outwards, adhesive tape is used to reduce bulkiness caused by the shoulder seam, while also adding a design accent.
