We use only the freshest "morning-picked corn," delivered directly from the producers via refrigerated transport, and create our gelato in our in-store kitchen, preserving the natural sweetness of the ingredients.

This year, the first release was "Corn Gold Rush," followed by the second release "Star-shaped Corn," and the third release is raw...
The seasonal varieties continue in a relay fashion, starting with the edible Hokkaido-grown "Shining Corn." A "magic" that only artisans can create now.
