We use carefully selected fatty eels, and instead of steaming them, we grill them carefully over Bincho charcoal to bring out the flavor. Dipped in a sweet and spicy sauce made with Nagoya's unique ``tamari soy sauce,'' the skin is crispy, the meat is crunchy on the outside, and the inside is juicy. We also have a wide selection of a la carte Cuisine and alcohol, and we also have private rooms where you can relax.
