TOKYO TORCH TOKYO TORCH Cherry Blossom Festival will be held at TOKYO TORCH Park, an outdoor square in front of Tokyo Station's Nihonbashi exit, to enjoy the arrival of spring again this year.
This is a spring festival where you can have fun with your family while enjoying food and sweets that make you feel the arrival of spring. Everyone is welcome to come!
Local governments collaborating with TOKYO TORCH (Ojiya City, Kasama City, Fukaya City, Higashikawa Town) gather together to set up a ``Municipal Booth'' where you can experience delicious spring and specialty products from all over Japan, and it was very popular at last summer's 1st anniversary festival. ``Famous shaved ice kitchen car'' will also appear again.
There will also be TOKYO TORCH Market, where seasonal ingredients from all over Japan are gathered under the theme of "Spring and Cherry Blossoms," and a live performance by violin and calligraphy.
Each TOKYO TORCH Terrace store will also offer spring menus related to cherry blossoms.
As we enter the milder season, it's the perfect time to spend time outside.
The 20 cherry trees in TOKYO TORCH Park are also scheduled to bloom, so don't miss out!

■Famous shaved ice kitchen car
The famous shaved ice kitchen car, which was very popular at the TOKYO TORCH anniversary festival held last summer, will be back at TOKYO TORCH Park.
In early spring, when the cold of winter eases and the weather gradually warms up, you can enjoy cherry blossom-themed shaved ice.

This time, (1) Ojiya City, Niigata Prefecture, (2) Higashikawa Town, Hokkaido, (3) Fukaya City, Saitama Prefecture, and (4) Kasama City, Ibaraki Prefecture will gather at TOKYO TORCH Park to hold Events, product sales, and Shops where you can feel the spring in various parts of Japan. 1. Ojiya City, Niigata Prefecture
We will have a carp tank display, a carp display in the round pool, Nishikigoi scooping, a VR video experience, agricultural products sales, specialty product sales, etc.
2. Higashikawa Town, Hokkaido
We will be selling cups of Misenzakura, wine, and Higashikawa Ale, as well as sweets and snacks related to spring and cherry blossoms, such as Tegetsuan and Sakuramochi. We will also exhibit photos taken by local photographers in Higashikawa, the town of photography.
3. Fukaya City, Saitama Prefecture
Fukaya Bussan Kanko will be selling Fukaya's special products (local sake, pickles), vegetables, Shibusawa Eiichi goods, Fukka-chan goods, and more.
4. Kasama City, Ibaraki Prefecture
There will be exhibitions and merchandise sales where you can enjoy Kasama's chestnut confectionery culture, which has been certified as a future 100-year food, and enjoy Kasama-yaki, a fusion of tradition and modern art, that will give you a feel of the artistic city of Kasama. The freshly squeezed Kasama Japanese chestnut Mont Blanc served in the kitchen car is also worth a look!
■“ TOKYO TORCH Market” where you can feel the arrival of spring
TOKYO TORCH Market, which is held every Friday and Sunday at TOKYO TORCH Park, will be held in conjunction with the Cherry Blossom Festival.
With the theme of "Spring and Cherry Blossoms," seasonal ingredients from all over Japan will be gathered.

[Special store opening] Aichi brewer training project
The unreleased Junmai Daiginjo brewed by a group of anonymous brewers (20 people from 6 breweries) who came together to foster future genius brewers in Aichi Prefecture, and 14 sake breweries in Aichi made with the cooperation of the Aichi Prefecture Sake Brewers Association. We will be selling spring sake from our brewery.
We will also hold Workshops (for a fee) where sake architect Masamori Yamamoto will introduce his current projects and how to enjoy sake.
■ Violin and calligraphy performance
The melding of the violin's sometimes elegant, sometimes violently singing tones and the powerful brushstrokes of the completely different cultures of Western and Japanese creates a new chemical reaction and opens up a new world.
There is no other performance that combines violin and calligraphy.
