Hello, we are Takada Shoten from Ehime Prefecture.
This is a store selling soy sauce, miso, and yuzu products that has been in business for over 90 years.
This time, we would like to let everyone in Marunouchi, Tokyo, know about Ehime's barley miso, so we will be offering a free barley miso making experience at Maru Cube.
This is a simple experience where you will knead and mix 500g of barley miso in a plastic bag under the guidance of the "Barley Miso Making Team" from Ehime.
It only takes 5 minutes, so feel free to stop by between shopping, during your break at work, or after work!
*The experience will be on a first-come, first-served basis on the day and will end once the planned number of participants has been reached.
*Numbered tickets will be distributed when it gets crowded.
*Since the miso you make will be delivered by mail, participation in this experience is limited to people who reside in Japan.

"Ehime Barley Miso" is characterized by its gentle barley aroma, refined sweetness, and high nutritional value!
Miso has long been an indispensable seasoning for the Japanese.
Currently, 80% of miso produced in Japan is rice miso.
On the other hand, "mugi miso," which is made by adding barley malt and salt to soybeans, is mainly produced in Ehime Prefecture, Yamaguchi Prefecture, and throughout Kyushu.
Among them, Ehime's barley miso, which uses a lot of naked barley, is characterized by its gentle barley aroma and refined sweetness.
It is also rich in dietary fiber and protein and low in salt, making it a nutritious and healthy seasoning.
