Marunouchi Street Park 2024 Summer will transform approximately 500m of Marunouchi-Nakadori Ave. into a plaza and park-like space!

The park will be divided into five blocks, each with its own grassy picnic area, tables and benches, as well as a variety of other activities such as music, Sports and wellness, making it a space that can be enjoyed by people of all ages!

Additionally, stores around Marunouchi-Nakadori Ave. will be selling take-out menus for picnics!
Four of the stores will also be serving special menus for a limited Period only.

In addition, we will be holding special Events in collaboration with Taiso Nippon and limited Period initiatives with sustainability in mind!

01. There are many ways to enjoy it! Introducing all 5 blocks

The theme for this event is "i - ma - i." We will develop content that allows for relaxed interaction, while being conscious of the "ma" space that exists between people.

The space has been designed to blur the boundaries between sidewalks and roads, indoors and outdoors, streets and plazas, the everyday and the extraordinary, and the self and others, allowing everything to mix and coexist.

◆Food and Agriculture Experience Lab Corn Picking Experience & Marche Vendor

A special booth will be set up for a limited Period where visitors can learn about resource circulation in the Otemachi-Yu area while enjoying the experience of picking organic vegetables grown using water chestnut plants from the outer moat of Imperial Palace Outer Garden as compost and enjoying the market.
Both adults and children can have a fun experience recycling resources and growing sustainable vegetables.

With the theme of "A modern and cheerful summer Lifestyle on the Mediterranean coast," shaved ice parfaits will be sold from an original food truck decorated with illustrations by French Artist Alexandre Benjamin Navet, who was also in charge of the spatial design for the previous "Marunouchi Street Park 2024 Spring."
