"E&J" is the next step up from "D&I" in alphabetical order. With the idea of "Let's take D&I initiatives one step further and promote them with everyone enjoying and joining together (E&J)," we will be holding the "E&J Fest" over two days, October 17th Fri and October 18th Sat, as Events everyone can have fun while thinking about the future of diversity!
This year's theme is "Now is the time to have a dialogue." At a time when divisions due to differences in generation, gender, culture, and values are becoming more prevalent, we reaffirm the importance of getting to know and understand each other through dialogue. Through a wide range of content, including a live radio broadcast, film screenings and talks, a drag queen show, a Sports experience, and, for the first time this year, a corporate freestyle rap battle, this Events will provide an opportunity to think about "the natural course of the future" where everyone can live and thrive. A screening and talk will be held for a film depicting a scene from the everyday life of junior high school students, with the actors playing the roles of boys and girls. The film explores the gender norms, behaviors, and preconceptions that are ingrained in both the actors and the viewers.
