From medical uniforms to sustainability - another step forward for Clásico
Classico utilized Synflux Inc.'s proprietary system, "Algorithmic Couture," to generate patterns from 3D design data for lab coats that minimize fabric waste. By optimizing pattern placement, which previously required a lot of time and effort by hand, using AI, fabric waste was reduced by 36.6% compared to the previous method, and the waste rate was also reduced by approximately 9 to 10 points. Furthermore, a design that avoids excessively increasing the number of sewing points also led to reduced labor hours and electricity consumption.
The completed lab coat has a smart silhouette and high elasticity, making it light and easy to move in, and comfortable to wear even for long periods of time on site. It is a new approach to medical lab coats that combines environmental friendliness, design, and functionality.
