This is our annual spring health program that will refresh both your mind and body.

The 20th event will be held starting on Tue June 2nd.

Time: Each day from 12:35 - Warm-up exercises (challenge project) / 12:40 - Radio calisthenics
Event Venue: Marunouchi-Nakadori Ave. (in front of Marunouchi 2-chome Bldg. on Tuesdays, in front of Shin-Tokyo Bldg. on Thursdays)
Before the radio calisthenics, a warm-up exercise (one-point challenge) led by a Tipness instructor will also be conducted.
On Tuesdays, you can try "Shoulder and Lower Back Pain Relief Exercises," and on Thursdays, you can try "Posture and Balance Check."
*Depending on the crowd situation, you may not be able to participate.

*To obtain the stamp, please turn on location services in your smartphone settings and scan the QR code displayed after each radio calisthenics session.
*The perfect attendance award is given to those who participate in all event days except for rainy days and collect all stamps.
*Those who achieve perfect attendance will be automatically entered into the prize draw. No separate entry procedure is required.
*The announcement of the lottery results will be made by distributing the rewards on Marunouchi Point App.
