Marunouchi Radio Exercise, a regular event in Marunouchi Area, will be held again this year!
Before the radio exercises, try out a 5-minute warm-up exercise led by a TIPNESS MARUNOUCHI STYLE instructor!
The actual radio calisthenics performance also includes the customary one-point lesson from a first-class instructor from the National Radio Calisthenics Federation.

And for those who participate in 4 or more of the 7 sessions, we will be giving out special prizes!
