Weekdays and Saturdays / 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Sundays and public holidays / 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Open all year round (except January 1st and scheduled inspection days)

* On consecutive holidays, business hours on the final day will be the same as on Sundays and public holidays.
*Tax-free Service are only available during counter Opening Hours on the day of purchase.

Tax-exempt amount

Over ¥5,000 (excluding tax)

*Purchases made at stores that have applied to use the "Marunouchi Area Tax Free Counter" must total 5,000 yen or more (excluding tax) to be eligible for tax exemption.
*Valid only on the same day.

tax exemption fee

We will charge 2.31% of the price of tax-exempt items.

Notes

Tax refunds cannot be processed for items purchased on days other than the day of purchase.
• To receive tax exemption, you will need your passport, credit card, and receipt.
Returns are not accepted after the tax-free procedure has been completed.
