A slightly sweet rice cracker made with sweet potatoes from Tanegashima
Following on from last year, OKOSHIYA TOKYO will be selling its seasonal limited edition flavor "Annou Imo Okoshi," perfect for autumn, from Wed October 22nd.
This exquisite dish combines the gentle sweetness of Tanegashima-grown Anno sweet potatoes with salt and butter oil to enhance the flavor.
By kneading in non-fried Annou sweet potato chips, you can enjoy the flavor of the ingredients themselves and the crispy texture of the rice crackers at the same time.
You're sure to become addicted to the seasoning that brings out the flavor of the ingredients and the satisfying texture!
Please give it a try♪
[Smile×Smile PROJECT]
With the original meaning of "okoshi" - "revitalization" and "starting up" - in mind, OKOSHIYA's product development project aims to revitalize Japan together with farmers and businesses from all over the country.
The first product in this project, "Annou Imo Okoshi," is a collaborative product between us, "OKOSHIYA," and "taneco," a brand that sells products made with Annou sweet potatoes from Tanegashima.
Although the taste is the same quality, we use non-standard Anno potatoes that cannot be sold because they do not meet shipping regulations regarding shape or size.
