This is the first specialty store where you can enjoy Tanba Red Chicken, which is raised naturally and slowly in a stress-free open chicken house.
The meat, which is grown using only well water and spring water that has been tested for water quality, retains just the right amount of softness and texture, and has a strong flavor.
