"E&J Fest! 2026" will be held, where people can laugh, have fun, and think about diversity.
Two days to discover the "future normal" that everyone can participate in.
We are pleased to announce the "E&J Festival," held on October 2nd Fri and October 3rd (Sat), embodying our desire to take D&I a step further and promote it with everyone enjoying and joining (E&J Sat. This year, in collaboration with Nikkei Woman, we will be holding talk shows on the themes of women's empowerment and new leaders. We will also have programs where you can learn about disabilities in a fun way through a avatar robot cafe and a soccer experience, as well as the highly popular corporate freestyle rap battle from last year, featuring a panel of renowned guest judges! With the theme "Now is the time to talk," we will provide an opportunity to think about and interact about diversity in a fun way, transcending gender, disability, generation, and position. 6. Daimaru-Yu SDGs Film Festival Special Collaboration Project I: Screening of a special making-of video and talk about the film "4 Outs"
Based on the true story of the birth of Tokyo's first baseball team for people with disabilities, the film "4 Outs" will feature special footage, primarily from the making of the film, along with guest interviews.

7. Daimaru-Yu SDGs Film Festival Special Collaboration Project II: Screening and Talk of the film "The Blue Boy Incident"
Set in 1965, amidst the economic boom of the Olympic Games, this film depicts people fighting for their right to live authentically in the face of legal challenges related to gender reassignment surgery.

10. Sales at each booth
There will be booths and food trucks selling agricultural products and snacks related to the collaboration between agriculture and welfare.

11. E&J Festival Pre-Night Events ~ The 2nd Annual Casual Ally Exchange Meeting Connecting from Daimaru-Yu!
The second Ally Networking Event, held as a place for interaction to share thoughts and actions as an "ALLY" across company boundaries, will explore the role of an ally in the workplace and everyday life, including "Family and Allies," together with our guests!
