"Japanese Cuisine Biyori Osaketo," which showcases the appeal of sake and Japanese Japanese Cuisine from all over Japan, regularly holds an "Osake no Kai" (Sake Gathering). The first event will be held at the new store, "Japanese Cuisine Biyori Osaketo Otemachi."

Sat September 26th, we will be hosting the first ever "Sake Gathering" at "Japanese Cuisine Biyori Osake to Otemachi," featuring "Ina to Agave," a craft sake brewery in Oga City, Akita Prefecture.
"Osake no Kai" is a regular event at "Japanese Cuisine Biyori Osake to," where we welcome sake breweries and producers from all over Japan, and guests can enjoy pairing sake with Japanese Japanese Cuisine while listening to stories about Events.
On the day of the event, we will be offering a variety of unique alcoholic beverages, including "Hanafu," a craft sake that represents rice and agave, and "prototype," which is not usually available to taste.
Furthermore, Shuhei Okazumi, representative of Ine to Agave, also made an appearance.
We will hear directly from the brewers about the background behind establishing their brewery in Oga, their thoughts on sake brewing, and the new possibilities that craft sake holds.
The Cuisine is from "Japanese Cuisine Biyori" Alcohol and A Japanese Cuisine course meal devised by the head Cuisine of "Otemachi".
Enjoy a new taste experience created by the combination of a drink and a dish, with pairings supervised by Mr. Tsuketaro.
