The 16th Marunouchi Ekiden 2026 was held on Sat February 28, 2026.
This year's tournament was held once again in the beautiful streets of Marunouchi-Nakadori Ave., with approximately 100 teams participating.

The race was held in strong winds on the day, but the runners continued to walk briskly without giving in to the wind, and all teams reached the finish line safely, with enthusiastic cheers from the supporters who had gathered along the road.

Thank you to all the teams who participated and to everyone who came out to support us on the day!
