The 16th annual Marunouchi Ekiden 2026 will be held on Sat February 28, 2026.
This event, which began in 2008, is a fun run Events with the theme of "fun running" and is set in Marunouchi Area, which is also the course and finish line of the globally renowned marathon, the Tokyo Marathon.
This year, teams of five people will run four laps around the approximately 600m course on Marunouchi-Nakadori Ave., passing the sash to each other.
You can enjoy the sense of unity as you race through the beautiful cityscape that is unique to a business district.
In addition, starting with this tournament, we will be holding a party where participating teams can interact with each other!

〈Number of applicants〉

100 teams (5 people per team / 500 people) (planned)
*All participants must be employed by a company with an office in OMY.
*Includes at least one woman
* Anyone aged 20 or over

<Participation fee>

1 team: 30,000 yen (tax included / prepayment at the time of application)
*Includes Sports Insurance and participation fees for social gatherings
*Payment of the participation fee is not required at the time of application. It will be required when applying after being selected.

<Participant Networking Party>

Starting with this tournament, we will be holding a "Participant Exchange Party" on a weekday prior to the tournament week, with the aim of providing a place for participating teams to interact with each other.
