The hanging baskets displayed on the streetlights along Marunouchi-Nakadori Ave. Street add color to the street and create a lively space.
This initiative, which began in 2004, has delighted the eyes and soothed the hearts of passersby and workers alike.

In 2025, the event will be held in two parts, and the city will be decorated with baskets mainly containing flower seedlings grown in Tokyo. As you walk down the street, please look up a little and enjoy the expressions of flowers that can only be enjoyed at that time of year.
