The "sometimes rich" in the restaurant's name means that we sometimes offer rich ramen such as tonkotsu soy sauce, rich dried sardines, and tonkotsu miso.
You can eat it every day! Based on the concept of ramen, we are particular about the ingredients used: soup stock, soy sauce, noodles, dried sardines, domestic pork and chicken, and rice.
The [Rich Ramen] that we offer from time to time is made with a strong flavor, and is designed to go especially well with [white rice].
