Celebrating their 20th and 15th anniversaries, Maru-biru and Shin Maru-biru have undergone a comprehensive transformation, both inside and out. While several new shops and restaurants opened, creating a buzz, the redesigned exterior areas of the buildings are also noteworthy. The outdoor event spaces include extensive areas with benches and tables where people can sit and relax.
On the 7th floor of Shin Maru-biru, Marunouchi HOUSE offers an expansive terrace seating area. Come and relish moments at this urban oasis, where you can feel the breeze and marvel at the sunset.

'Slit Park' in Yurakucho

'Let's make the most of the space between buildings' - In 2022, the project 'SLIT PARK' emerged in the alley space between the New Kunigiwa Building and the New Nisseki Building, offering new possibilities for the city. Transforming the previously underutilized alley into a vibrant space, it now features food trucks, shops, and even art installations. The area has been reborn into a space filled with light and greenery. 'SLIT PARK' also hosts unique events, including specialized workshops, gaining attention as a trendy destination.

As you open the door and bask in the pouring light, you instinctively look up at the sky and feel the urge to take a deep breath. 'SKY LAB' on the rooftop of Otemachi Building is truly an oasis in the midst of the city. It features spacious areas with benches and tables. The rooftop farm 'Edible Park Otemachi by Grow,' utilizing part of the site, cultivates vegetables as a community-sharing farm. Despite the towering skyscrapers and the futuristic backdrop, it still remains a haven of tranquility and serenity.
