MARUNOUCHI STREET GALLERY

Marunouchi Street Gallery

Since 1972, Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. and the Hakone Open-Air Foundation have been working together to create a city rich in artistry.
This is a project that displays modern sculptures and the works of contemporary Artist active around the world, centered around Marunouchi-Nakadori Ave., changing the exhibits once every few years.

The Hakone Open-Air Museum is an open-air art museum that provides opportunities for people to come into contact with sculptures in nature, with the aim of promoting the spread of sculpture art as an environmental art and injecting new vitality into Japan's artistic culture. , opened in 1969 (Showa 44).
In 2012, we became a public interest incorporated foundation, and we hope to continue to provide surprise and joy to many people through art.
