Tsu Matsuan, a specialty store of anko (sweet bean paste) confectionery made by a Kyoto-based anmitsu (red bean paste) maker, has opened its first store in Tokyo under a new Japanese confectionery format.
With traditional wagashi as its core, the store offers modern anko wagashi that are inherited from "Toshoan," such as gluten-free dorayaki, monaka with black pepper skin and lemon-cheese bean paste, and more.
Please use them as new souvenirs from the Marunouchi area.
