As a certified "Ehime Prefecture Food Embassy" restaurant, we are promoting the attractions of various parts of Shikoku from Marunouchi, Tokyo.
We offer a wide variety of Shikoku flavors, including the Takachi specialty "Seared Bonito Tuna" grilled over straw, which is grilled in-house, as well as yellowtail grilled over straw directly from Kochi, wild red sea bream directly from Ehime, and Tokushima's "Three-Star Beef."
In addition, you can enjoy delicacies unique to Shikoku, such as Kagawa's famous "Takase Cha Udon."
