Since our founding in 1828, we have been a purveyor to the Tokugawa Ninomaru government and have a long history with the traditions of the Edo period.We have continued to preserve the authentic taste of kabayaki as a long-established eel restaurant.
Taking advantage of our advantages as a live eel wholesaler, we purchase only high-quality eel from major production areas, and with our commitment to flavor without using any preservatives, we offer the deliciousness that only Tenoji can offer.
