We order freshly ground wheat from Sanuki and mill it in-house every day. The refreshing soup stock made with dried sardines from Setouchi, sea kelp, and shaved cutlet from Makurazaki is perfect for thick noodles. In the evening, enjoy Sanuki-ordered ingredients, poultry Cuisine, seasonal menus, and Tempura fried tempura with local sake and shochu. Of course, finish off with udon noodles.
